Welcome to Cortex Host. By utilizing our services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

• Refunds are not available, except in cases of service failure attributable to us within the first 48 hours.
• The use of our infrastructure for cyber attacks, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, brute force attempts, and port scanning, is strictly prohibited.
• Utilizing our servers to develop or distribute viruses, malware, or other malicious software is forbidden.
• Support is exclusively provided through our website ticketing system.
• Technical support and dedicated server provisioning are available only on business days (Monday to Friday).
• To utilize our services, customers must register. By registering, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
• Customers must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
• If the customer does not terminate the contract at least one week before its expiration, the contract will be automatically renewed for the same duration as the initial term.
• We do not offer automatic backup services. Clients are responsible for performing their own backups.
• We are not liable for any loss of server files or modifications.
